“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our” means Noble Legacy Publishing Ltd (Company No.16407756) registered at Suite 3085TZ, Unit 3AB, 34-35 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8DX, United Kingdom. “Site” means www.noblelegacypublishing.com and any sub-domains. “Services” means editorial, design, publishing, marketing, consulting, coaching, or any other service we provide. “Client,” “you,” or “your” means any person or entity that visits our Site, purchases our Services, or enters into a separate Service Agreement with us.

A detailed description of each project will be set out in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). These Terms apply to all Services unless expressly overridden in writing.
4.1 Currency & Taxes. Prices are quoted in GBP (£) exclusive of VAT (where applicable). 4.2 Invoices. Payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. 4.3 Late Payment. We reserve the right to charge interest at 8 % p.a. above the Bank of England base rate plus a £40 admin fee in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. 4.4 Payment Methods. Bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, or Wise as listed on your invoice. 4.5 Refunds. Upfront deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments already delivered are non-refundable. For any prepaid, undelivered portion, a pro-rata refund may be issued at our discretion. See Refund Policy for full details. 4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue constitutes a breach of these Terms.
5.1 Provide all materials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. 5.2 Warrant that all content you supply does not infringe any third-party rights. 5.3 Maintain backups of your manuscripts and files; we are not liable for loss of your original data.
6.1 All pre-existing IP owned by either party remains theirs. 6.2 Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables exclusive of our pre-existing templates, software, and methodologies, which remain our property and are licensed to you for the project’s purpose only. 6.3 We may feature your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Users may not: Violate any applicable law; Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers; Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without consent; Upload malicious code or defamatory content.
Our Site or Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Stripe). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except as expressly stated in a Service Agreement, we make no warranties—express or implied—regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for consequential or indirect losses, including loss of profits, business, or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or damage (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Before commencing legal proceedings, either party must give written notice of the dispute and attempt in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If unresolved, the parties agree to mediation under the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) rules before litigation.
Processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our Site or Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided is accurate.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect on the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site or Services after an update signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
